It's time again to mark your calendar for the 2010 IBSSS alumni reunion. The dates are Thursday, June 10 through Sunday, June 13, at the School in Vinton. We've been granted an extra day by School administration which will allow for more music, fun, and time to spend with friends. |

|
Lodging and Meals. As has been the case for the past few years, space on campus is limited since the available rooms are in Old Main only. We appreciaite the willingness of those who don't mind sleeping on an air matress or in a lounge area. Our housing team will do their best to meet your needs for privacy and for comfort while you are here. We will need you to bring these items: towels, bedding, toiletries, and an air matress, if you have one. The campus rules are the same as they've always been: no tabacco, alcohol, illegal drugs, or weapons on School grounds. This year's meals will be catered by Smokin' on the Cedar, located here in Vinton. For the menu click here. |

Transportation. The IBSAA Board is still working on rides from Des Moines to Vinton. During the weekend, a list of in-town drivers will be made available, should you need a ride. You and your driver will negotiate pricing |

Activities. Hey, everyone, hayrides are back! Let's hope for great weather for all three evenings so we can enjoy a fun ride and so our musicians won't get their instruments wet. Oh, yes! let there be music! Not only do we want you on hand for the evening sing-alongs, but we also need your participation in the Friday evening talent show. If you are a Vinton resident and love to play and sing come join us also we want to involve the community also in this event. Annual Meeting. The Alumni Association's annual meeting will be held on Saturday morning at 9 a.m. in the McCutchan chapel. The office of vice president and four director positions are up for grabs this year. Your membership dues of $10 must be paid no later than May 12 in order to vote. Please send an email to secretary@ibsssalumni.org if you wish to be considered for nomination to a position on our board. |

Arrival, Departure and Registration. You may plan to arrive on campus any time after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, and departure is set for 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. Now that you know a bit about the weekend, please complete the registration form and come join in the fun! We are asking everyone to pay a $5 registration fee in addition to your selected reunion package. This fee is waved for anyone paying their $10 dues.
